The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) is the independent voice for housing and the home of professional standards.   As the largest awarding organisation for housing qualifications in the UK the CIH develops qualifications for the housing and property management sectors.  Upkeep Training are proud to be an accredited and approved centre to deliver CIH qualifications in housing maintenance across the UK.

These qualifications join our existing housing maintenance short courses portfolio and the existing Level 3 ABBE Accredited Qualifications in Diagnosing Defects and Ordering Repairs and the Housing Health and Safety Rating Scheme.
