Where do your training courses take place?
Our courses currently take place in London, however, we will be running courses in the Midlands and the North of England in the months to come. For organisations that prefer to train staff on their premises anywhere in the UK, our expert tutors can come to you as part of our bespoke training course offering.
Who attends Upkeep courses?
Upkeep’s courses are for staff in housing, property and facilities management, and anyone whose job can be done better with knowledge of how buildings work. People who attend our courses are housing officers, call centre staff who deal with tenant enquiries, repairs staff, property managers, lettings agents, facilities and estate managers.
We will send delegates joining details about a week before their course. Our preferred method of sending is email. If you are due to attend a training course and have not received joining information 72 hours before your course, please email email@example.com
What time do the courses start and finish?
Upkeep’s courses start at 10am. We ask participants to arrive by 9:45am, in time to register. We have a one-hour lunch break at approximately 12:15pm. The courses usually finish around 4.30pm.
Bespoke or in-house training?
Bespoke or in-house training. The arrangements for these courses may differ. Full details will be sent out in a written quote/contract before any training is agreed.
