Our public courses are currently all online, and are delivered live by our tutors using ZOOM video conferencing. For organisations that prefer to train staff on their premises anywhere in the UK, our expert tutors may be able to come to you as part of our bespoke training course offering, please get in touch to find out more.

Upkeep’s courses are for staff in housing, property and facilities management, and anyone whose job can be done better with knowledge of how buildings work. People who attend our courses are housing officers, call centre staff who deal with tenant enquiries, repairs staff, property managers, lettings agents, facilities and estate managers.

We will send delegates joining details the week before their course, along with reminders on the day. Emails will be sent from our LMS system direct to learners. When you book a course you get sent log in details to our LMS, where you can log in to view the course details, find the zoom link, download your certificate of attendance and give feedback. If you are due to attend a training course and have not received joining information 72 hours before your course, please email info@upkeeptraining.co.uk

Upkeep’s courses start at 9.30am. There are morning and afternoon breaks as well as a lunch break provided. The courses usually finish around 3pm (or 4pm for some longer courses) Please note: the start and finish times for assessments are different.

Upkeep Training uses a Learning Management System (LMS) A learning management system is a software application for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, automation, and delivery of training courses. If you book onto a course you will be sent a username and password to log in to our LMS and view your course information. Bespoke or in-house training. The arrangements for these courses may differ. Full details will be sent out in a written quote/contract before any training is agreed.

If you have taken an ABBE assessment for DDOR or HHSRS: Upkeep will endeavor to inform candidates of their results within 6 to 8 weeks of the assessment.
