Upkeep Training’s ‘Inspecting a Property’ course teaches housing and property staff how to carry out simple inspections of void or tenanted domestic properties.
You will learn effective questioning techniques, how to identify common defects, record and report deficiencies accurately, structure the home inspection process and ensure you’re following good practice in health and safety.

Who should attend
Our course is for non-technical staff in housing and property who are asked to carry out inspections of void and tenanted properties.
2 x 2hr sessions (4hrs in total)
Both sessions must be completed to form the full course
There will be some work sent out to learners by the tutor in between the session
