Once you have completed the five modules that make up the ABBE Certificate in Diagnosing Defects and Ordering Repairs you can sit the assessment.
We register you as a candidate with the ABBE. If you have not received your registration form from us please let us know firstname.lastname@example.org.
What the exam covers
The assessment covers all the key topics from the courses you will have completed.
- Basic building construction
- Condensation, damp and decay
- Plumbing, wastes and drains
- Domestic electrical and heating installations 1
- Repairs reporting skills.

The Assessment Exam is for people who have attended the 5 Upkeep/ABBE Certificate in Diagnosing defects and ordering repairs courses listed above.
Length of course
Half day - 9.30am to 1pm
