Upkeep Training’s ‘Inspecting a Property’ course teaches housing and property staff how to carry out simple inspections of void or tenanted domestic properties.
You will learn effective questioning techniques, how to identify common defects, record and report deficiencies accurately, structure the home inspection process and ensure you’re following good practice in health and safety.
