specifications for life cycle, planned and cyclical maintenance,

importance of health & safety through to involving residents in
agreeing specifications, the course will also cover understanding
repairing liability on new build homes and managing defects.

It is designed for technical staff who currently prepare works
specifications and schedules of work. A knowledge of basic
construction technology would be useful.
