We understand that changing a culture of acceptance, and of ignoring damp, condensation and mould is a massive task in any organisation, so we’ve come up with an affordable and time efficient eLearning training solution. Our eLearning course offers a cost effective way to bring your staff up to date and offer the best possible service to your residents. This is a course of self-directed study – it shows, explains, and teaches how damp, condensation and mould forms and manifests into the problems residents are living with. Once you start the course, you have a month to complete it; learn at your own pace and at times to suit you; you don’t have to do all the modules at once.
Our online modules take the learner through all the aspects of damp, condensation and mould, dispelling myths and teaching facts:

- Condensation and damp
- Water in buildings
- The problems damp and condensation can cause
- Mould and what causes it
- Refresh, recap and test
The course could take you as little as two hours to complete in one go if you have prior experience, or longer if you are new to the subject, or want to do it at different times over the month.
Our eLearning is interactive, learners check their understanding at regular intervals with activities, videos, and short quizzes. We show how problems are caused and signpost to the solutions. This course is perfect for staff at all levels, from call handlers to surveyors.
